These terms cover your use of ROAM, the travel rating app, and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.
You need to be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
Your ratings, photos, stories, and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them inside the app so the product works, for example showing your rating to a friend you have accepted. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Only post photos you have the right to post, and do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or deliberately misleading.
Scores in ROAM are personal opinions from the people who post them, including yours. They are not professional advice about where to travel or stay, and we do not verify that someone actually visited a place.
Some place details and images come from third party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Check anything that matters before you book.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
ROAM is provided as is. We are a small team and cannot promise the app will always be available or free of bugs. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
